Track and Overhead Wire

Some of the rails come from the Arbed-mines françaises mines. Other rails were purchased secondhand in Switzerland.
Most of the rails have a fairly heavy profile, weighing 50 kg/m.
The track to Lasauvage was laid on steel ties. These ties are notable for having been manufactured in the iron and steel mills in
Luxembourg or in neighboring countries—France and Belgium—as can be seen from the manufacturers’ names stamped into them.
