The locomotive was delivered to the HADIR mining company and was in service at the Thillenberg mine in Differdange under road number VII.
The locomotive remained in service at the Thillenberg Mine (which became part of ARBED in 1967) in Differdange until the mine’s closure. After the mine closed, the locomotive was erected as a monument in Niederkorn. Since 2006, the locomotive has been owned by Minièresbunn.
